How it works?

  • A management agreement will be in place between us and the landlord between 3 to 5 years or as agreed, therefore we will be landlord's main point of contact.

  • We will take care of your house as it is ours. You as a landlord can relax and make money while you sleep without having the stress of how the property looks like, without asking yourself if your property will be destroyed or if the rent will be paid next month.

  • Our clients are generally contractors working in the area (i.e plumbers, electricians, painters)

  • Every time when contractors change or if there’s a long term stay, we professionally clean the property at all times.

  • We collect deposits from our customers and we make sure that the property is left in good condition, is so the deposit is returned.
